24/7 Technical Support Channel partners and their customers will receive a login to the customer area where they can receive information on equipment performance and bandwidth usage. Commission Overall there is greater profit to be made through our channel partner. Our wholesale discounts offer substantial savings, giving you room to add your own margin without pricing yourself out of the market. Affiliate Partners will receive a percentage of each sale, with a higher percentage being given for higher value deals.
Marketing Support Channel Partners can order C4L marketing material, whit labelled material if they wish to brand it themselves, or we can do this for you. We would be happy to provide affiliate partners with our C4L data sheets, at your request.
Technical Training Channel Partners may attend as many technical training sessions as they wish, and may also submit any queries they have in advance of these sessions. Not Applicable
Sales Training Channel Partners may utilise our external sales trainers to pick up the latest sales techniques, and may submit sales queries/ problems before the events. Not Applicable
Contact Information Channel Partners shall receive contact details for a dedicated channel partner member of staff both Sales, Customer Service, Accounts, Technical and Marketing to ensure that all queries, be they from the Partner themselves, or their customers, are answered promptly. Affiliate Partners customers will receive the usual levels of contact information, with their own account manager and logins to the internal system to log technical tickets if required.
